Remembering this Season

And what it’s about

Don’t take Christ out of Christmas

It’s HIS name, we need shout.

In this world full of sin

We are only to blame

For so many would like

To remove His Holy name.

The birth of our Savior

What a blessed event

If you just don’t believe

Then you better repent.

A miracle came

From God up above

Giving to us

Unconditional love.

Yet some don’t want us

To mention His name

Don’t they feel the guilt

The sin and the shame?

God, please forgive those

Who are filled with such hate

Don’t they know they won’t enter

Our Heaven’s golden gate?

Just allow me my rights

To rejoice in my Lord

The one all my life

I have always adored.

Happy Birthday Dear Jesus

I praise Your Holy name

And no one can force me

To feel any shame.

Don’t take Christ out of Christmas

Don’t you see this is wrong?

For it IS Jesus Christ

To whom we belong.
