Our state is really hilly, I truly must confess
Some of the roads are certainly a mess

But I'm sure you'll find in every state
A few conditions that aren't first rate

Our hills and valleys are green and fair
With clean, refreshing mountain air

High mountains and timber that is tall
Creeks, lakes, rivers and many waterfall

They call it wild and wonderful
Our State of West Virginia

So come and visit us sometime
I think we're gonna win ya!
